Atlus U.S.A. Today announced Zoids Assault, “a gritty militaristic strategy RPG featuring enormous beasts of steel,” for the Xbox 360. It is currently scheduled to launch on August 26.

The game itself puts players I control of a massive fleet of “giant biomechanical life forms that blend the assets of beast and machine to create fierce weapons of war,” which can be upgraded and issued with new weaponry over time.
